Each session with Shreya takes place over a private Zoom call, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own familiar space. This setting helps you feel safe, relaxed, and fully present, an ideal environment for opening to spirit and love’s higher frequencies.
You may also request the session to be recorded, so you can revisit the messages, insights, and emotions that unfold. Often, new layers of meaning continue to reveal themselves when you tune into the replay.
Once you’re settled, Shreya will gently guide you into a calm, grounded state, helping your energy soften into openness and receptivity.
With your permission, Shreya then begins to channel messages and wisdom from those in spirit form. You're very welcome to share if you'd like to connect with the soul of someone particular or receive messages from your ancestors, pets, and other loved ones passed on.Â

Shreya Talwar is an award-winning Akashic Records Teacher and multidimensional channel whose work spans the full spectrum of intuitive and healing arts. She channels intergalactic frequencies and ancestral wisdom, communicates with animals and spirits of loved ones past on, channels Light Language and empowers her clients with Akashic Healing and Past Life Regression therapy. Shreya also assists law enforcement with missing-person and sensitive cases through her work as an Akashic Channel and Medium, and supports individuals and families during critical medical moments and end-of-life transitions as a Spiritual Death Doula. All this work is carried out through the insight, compassion, and wisdom of the Akashic Records.
Although Shreya displayed psychic and healing abilities from childhood, it wasn’t until 19 when she faced a life-threatening illness with no medical cure that her gifts fully awakened. In a moment of surrender beneath the night sky, she made a vow to find her way back to life and live a full life at that. That vow opened the doorway to the world of conscious creation and energy work and what is today her lifelong partnership with the Akashic Field. Shreya is completely healed from her medical condition now and lives on the East Coast of Canada.Â
Known for her grounded and egalitarian approach to spirituality, Shreya moves beyond hierarchy, performance, and gatekeeping. To Shreya, every soul is a rockstar from birth; her work is simply to hold up the mirror so they can witness the brilliance that’s always been within.
